Like more than 2,000 utilities across the country, we are powered by a community-owned, not-for-profit public power utility. During Public Power Week, we celebrate the benefits of living in a public power community.

Through the annual Public Power Coloring Contest, we wish to engage students 1st-4th grade and the community in a way that will enhance interest and understanding of the role that efficient, safe, reliable, and affordable electricity plays in powering our community.

This contest is open to 1st-4th-grade participants for the Fall of 2025. Students may only submit one entry.

Submissions will be accepted through Friday, September 26th. The winner will be announced the week of October 6th and notified by email.
