Zeeland Board of Public Works (BPW) is happy to share that we reopened our Customer Service Office in July, following a full renovation. This remodel was the first major update since the building opened in the mid-90’s and was designed to create a more welcoming and functional space for both BPW team members and the community. Customers can now visit at 350 E Washington Ave. for all account services, bill payments, and general inquiries.
The renovation, which began in late 2025, included a redesigned customer service area built for a smoother, more welcoming visitor experience, along with a larger meeting space that now accommodates up to 50 people.
Community Open House and Ribbon Cutting
Zeeland BPW invites the community to celebrate the newly renovated space at an open house on Thursday, October 8, from 4 to 7 p.m., held in conjunction with Public Power Week. The event kicks off at 4 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting hosted in partnership with the West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees can tour the newly renovated customer service building, meet the Zeeland BPW team, and take part in giveaways and photo ops. Educational materials will be on hand, and representatives from ODC and OCCAA will join to share information about their programs. All are welcome to stop by, see the updated space firsthand, and celebrate Public Power Week with the community.
