At Zeeland BPW, we firmly believe that everyone deserves access to essential services, regardless of their financial situation. Being a Public Powered utility, we all work and play in this community and we care for each member as our own family.
We want our customers to know that we will do everything we can to prevent shut-offs, including working with customers to develop a payment schedule. Customers who fall behind on their bills should contact one of our Customer Relationship Specialists at 616-772-6212. Our team will be happy to work with you on a payment plan.
If you are facing shut-off and are in need of financial assistance, please reach out to the Community Action Agency right away. Through our partnership with CAA, even those up to 250% of the current poverty level are eligible to receive payment assistance to avoid shut-off.
