ZEELAND BPW LAUNCHES “THRIVING TOGETHER COMMUNITY SURVEY”
Zeeland, Michigan – Zeeland Board of Public Works (Zeeland BPW) is excited to announce the launch of the “Thriving Together Community Survey,” aimed at gaining valuable insights from the community to further enhance services and shape the future.
The anonymous survey, available online from February 18 to March 29 of this year, is designed to gather feedback from all BPW customers. This will be an opportunity for the board to collect customer thoughts on services and gain insights into their desires and preferences, as well as standard demographic details. By participating in the survey, customers contribute to the ongoing efforts of Zeeland BPW to deliver exceptional and community-driven services.
“We invite all of our customers to take part in the Thriving Together Community Survey. Your input is invaluable to us as we strive to better serve you and the entire community. Together, we can ensure a brighter and more sustainable future,” shared Andrew Boatright, General Manager at Zeeland Board of Public Works.
Zeeland BPW is dedicated to continuously improving its services, and the insights gathered from the survey will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s future initiatives. The survey covers a range of topics including customer satisfaction, preferences, internet service fiber optic interest, renewable energy sources, and general suggestions for areas of improvement.
